About

ClearSeas Maritime is the independent advisory practice from maritime technologist André Cocuccio, providing evidence-led advice that translates advanced science, technology, and policy into trusted, operationally credible, and commercially viable marine and maritime capability. With deep experience across ocean data acquisition, safety of navigation, offshore development, and maritime strategy, ClearSeas Maritime supports organisations making complex, high-consequence decisions at the intersection of technical uncertainty, operational risk, and regulatory accountability.

ClearSeas Maritime operates on a senior-led, principal-delivered model, with André personally involved in each and every engagement. Advisory work is shaped by extensive experience across government, industry, and regulatory environments, bringing a pragmatic understanding of how technical advice is tested, scrutinised, and ultimately acted upon. This ensures advice is not only technically robust, but clear, defensible, and framed to support confidence, accountability, and sound decision-making.
