& Integrators
Maritime context, project shaping, assurance and adoption support for emerging technologies & systems.

Offshore & Marine Technology
Offshore capability, marine technology, sea-space use and responsible pathways to deployment.

Maritime Services & Operators
Operational insight, capability development and practical adoption of new technologies and operating models.

Public Authorities & Agencies
Independent expertise for maritime policies, programmes and projects across the wider blue economy.

Ports, Harbours
& Infrastructure
Technology, infrastructure planning and readiness for new capabilities and ways of operating.

Regulators & Oversight Bodies
Evidence, assurance, governance and regulatory readiness for emerging maritime capabilities.
WHEN TO INVOLVE US
At the point where
maritime change
becomes complex
ClearSeas Maritime is often brought in when an
opportunity, requirement or emerging capability
needs clearer defintion, stronger evidence or a
credible route into use.

01
Early direction
The need or opportunity is understood, but the route forward is not yet clear.
02
Connected assessment
The need or opportunity is understood, but the route forward is not yet clear.
03
Confidence to progress
Evidence, assurance or organisational readiness must be stablished before investment or adoption.
04
Delivery alignment
Partners, stakeholders and specialist inputs need to be brought around a coherent plan

CONNECTED PERSPECTIVE
Expertise that connects
possibility with practice

By bringing these perspectives together, we help organisations understand change, develop credible responses and move new maritime capabilities towards practical adoption.
Built to support maritime change
ClearSeas Maritime was established to help organisations navigate the technological, regulatory, operational and environmental changes reshaping maritime activity.

Maritime transition rarely follows a simple or predictable path. Emerging technologies, new requirements and evolving operating models often progress at different speeds, creating gaps between ambition, readiness and delivery. ClearSeas Maritime works across these interfaces—connecting technical possibility with regulatory expectations, operational reality and commercial context.

We work closely with clients as needs develop, helping define the challenge, test assumptions, strengthen the evidence and shape credible responses. Our involvement can extend from early exploration and strategic framing through to assurance, adoption planning and delivery support.

Our independent model provides the freedom to explore new concepts and build each engagement around the transition being navigated. Where broader capability is required, we collaborate with trusted specialists and delivery partners to bring together the right expertise without adding unnecessary complexity.

OUR MISSION
Working to shape a safer, smarter and cleaner maritime future.

Maritime transition brings new requirements, emerging capabilities and evolving ways of operating. We help organisations bring these together in ways that are safe, credible and commercially viable.
OUR PRINCIPLES
What guides our work

Connected
Bringing technical, regulatory, operational and commercial perspectives together around the transition being navigated.

Evidence-led
Using robust, proportionate evidence to strengthen decision-making and establish credible ways forward.

Practical
Grounded in maritime operations, regulation and the realities of implementation.

OUR TECHNOLOGY
Developing capability
with purpose
Innovation is not separate from our advisory work. It is part of how we explore problems, develops ideas and create practical responses to maritime challenges.

Through our own development activity and collaboration with clients, researchers and technology partners, we investigate emerging capabilities and help move the most promising from early concept towards credible maritime application.
TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT
Building practical capability for maritime change.
ClearSeas Maritime is developing a connected set of low-cost maritime technologies for collecting, processing and applying data closer to where it is generated and used. The focus is on modular, retrofit-capable systems that can operate where connectivity, space and onboard resources are constrained. Together, they form a flexible platform for distributed sensing, local intelligence and practical decision support across vessel, port and shoreside applications.
